Marley and Me Official Teaser Trailer

The bestselling autobiographical book Marley & Me written by American journalist John Grogan is being adapated to the cinema. The film simply titled Marley and Me is directed by David Frankel and is starring Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston. The dog is played by more than more than one animal because we will see him growing up.

Here below the first official Marley and Me teaser trailer:

Plot:
"A family learns important life lessons from their adorable, but naughty and neurotic dog. Based on the memoir by John Grogan." (Source: IMDb)

Marley is a really cute dog, isn't he? And the music in background, Chariots of Fire by Vangelis Papathanassiou, even if a bit cliché, is perfect for this teaser. And the tone of Owen Wilson's voice, when he calls Marley the undisciplined canine at the end of this Marley and Me trailer, makes the whole thing really close to the spirit of the original novel by John Grogan.

The Wish I had one like him, but more quiet... Marley is indeed kind of hyperactive sometimes, not really eager at running on the beach to catch a naughty dog. I strongly recommend to read the novel by the way: it is damned worth it!
